Overview
We’re on the lookout for ambitious, data-driven and creative individual who want to be part of an award-winning digital marketing agency.  This is a chance to work with some truly exceptional people and both UK and global clients.

As a Paid Social Campaign Director, you will be responsible for leading client campaigns and internal teams. Our blue-chip clients span a variety of industries, including charity, gaming, travel and fashion, meaning you’ll work across a range of exciting campaigns and projects from day one.

Client: You will be the lead client contact on all of your accounts, ensuring that both clients’ needs and targets are met and that we are consistently maintaining a high standard of work. You will implement and drive the strategy across all paid media channels, helping to deliver the always on campaigns as well as suggesting new innovative formats and channels.

Team: As a team leader, you will help to organise the time spent on accounts in line with client SLAs. You will have line management responsibility for your direct reports, carrying out regular catch ups, leading performance reviews and suggesting any necessary training to further improve and develop their careers.

New Business: You will actively participate in Paid Media new business pitches, helping the agency answer and respond to briefs. Further to this, you will assist the Head of Paid Media in defining the agency’s strategy for paid channels moving forwards through your own knowledge and meeting with external vendors to keep up to date with the latest goings on in the industry.   

Key Skills

  • Extensive experience in Paid Social across the Facebook network, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn & Twitter

  • Experience in line management of highly skilled campaign managers, assessing and improving individual performance

  • Excellent at presentation creation and good presentation skills

  • A problem solver who can identify issues and deliver solutions quickly and effectively

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to ensure a full understanding of their business, digital needs and priorities

  • Manage senior relationships and oversee day-to-day relationships with the client

  • Work with the Head of Paid Media across a range of tasks including recruitment, training, new business, media supplier relationships, technology and best practice

  • Manage junior members of the team to ensure that work is delivered to an exceptional standard, on target and on time

  • Ensure that projects are delivered to agreed deadlines, budgets, and client business requirements

  • Ensure all accounts are resourced effectively and manage resourcing needs on an ongoing basis

  • Cross-sell and upsell additional agency services to the client to deliver on business objectives

  • Work with Client Services and Head of Paid Media to forecast and build revenue from new and existing client base

  • Demonstrate mastery of and affinity for digital tools and platforms monitoring, insights, and digital/brand marketing platforms
